Since introducing our “Think Safety First” initiative in 2004, we have seen an improvement in safety performance over the last 4 years.
In line with our commitment to this principle, the company expects every employee - from managing director through to manager and operative - to work in a safe manner, and to coach and encourage their peers to do the same.
Our Safety Committee comprises employees from all
levels within the company.
It meets bi-monthly to discuss company-wide issues
relating to this vital topic.
