The company ensures that each employee is adequately trained and competent for the role they undertake. We maintain a database of employee training which is visible to each manager through the company management systems to enable them to check the training levels of the employees on their site. Regular refresher training is undertaken in order to maintain training levels.
The company has training facilities available at our head office in Wakefield and the majority of the mandatory training requirements are carried out in-house. This facility and training are City & Guilds approved and managed by Connaught Training Services (CTS) our in-house provider. CTS also arranges and provides training courses for external clients.
