Work has recently commenced on site at Esholt WwTW for Yorkshire Water to reconstruct the green waste slab currently used for the production of agricultural products. The scope of works requires the excavation and removal of damaged sections of slab and repair with concrete, then overlay the existing slab with a new 200mm reinforced concrete slab, complete with drainage channels, upstand kerbs and access ramp. The current operation of producing the green waste is continuing on site, with our works phased to allow current operations to be uninterrupted. With a value of £850,000 works are expected to take 29 weeks to complete.
