Description

Peter Duffy Limited is a successful civil engineering and utility services company working across the UK on new infrastructure development projects and day to day repairs for both industrial and privately for members of the public.

We are looking to appoint a Full Time Administration Assistant to work at our head office in Wakefield.

Job Specification

Support the Office manager in the provision and organisation of administrative operations.

Maintain training records and arrange training as required.

Update the training matrix and all relevant systems.

Apply for CSCS and CPCS cards.

Claim CITB grant and maintain the administration of the Apprentice Levy.

HR admin support includes assisting with the arranging of interviews, offer letters, inductions and attending HR meetings for note taking.

Maintain the mobile phone account

Update the company website and Twitter account.

Assist in reception duties in the afternoon

Person Specification

Good organisational skills

Professional approach

Effective communication skills

Good IT skills and knowledge

Adaptable and reliable

Not essential, but desirable to have previous industry knowledge on the relevant training industry and bodies.

Salary guide : dependant on experience
