DrainsAid is delighted to announce that they have employed Kieran Wraith as a full time trainee lining operative after he started on a two week work experience placement as part of the Prince’s Trust scheme.

Peter Duffy Limited has recently supported the Prince’s Trust on a project and followed this by offering work experience. The Prince’s Trust scheme helps young people between 13 – 30 get into work, delivering a range of programmes across the UK.

Kieran was offered a two week work placement working in DrainsAid as part of a lining team. During the placement, he showed real promise and potential, and DrainsAid were happy to offer him a long term contract as a trainee.

Kieran is now a Trainee Lining Operative and will complete two years of training before  becoming a fully qualified Lining Operative.

Kieran said, “Working as a trainee at DrainsAid has been a fantastic experience. I have learnt a lot from day one and I am grateful for the opportunity DrainsAid has presented me. I enjoy the work that I do and I look forward to becoming a fully qualified Lining Operative.”
