One of our key Values at Peter Duffy Ltd is responsibility and we have the responsibility of supporting our staff to stay healthy . Our Mental Health is just as important as our physical health and to promote well being within our teams we have engaged with Sleigh Services Ltd and have been able to train 6 staff members in being Mental Health Champions for the business.
Our objectives of Flourishing People and Health, Safety and Wellbeing are continually being addressed by giving our staff the skills to support their colleagues as well as the confidence to talk openly about Mental Health to ensure stigma is eliminated.
