Following on from our recent contract success at Rathbones in Wakefield with RN Wooler, work has started on site this week at their Red House site in Ripon, where they are demolishing a former Barnardos Home to make way for a retirement village.
Our £1.5m package comprises the associated groundworks and externals across the whole development, including S278 highway works, access roads, drainage, foundations, paving and landscaping works.
When completed the development will provide 58 extra care, residential units.
