Work has started on site at the Sherburn S2 Distribution Park.
Appointed by Glentrool Estates Group, Peter Duffy Limited will carry out a £1.5m infrastructure and enabling works package, the principal elements of work being a new access road and bridge over Bishopdyke, improvements to the A63/A168 roundabout and new cycleways and footways connecting the existing distribution parks.
When completed the 75 acre site will provide units ranging from 35,000 – 575,000 sqft and has the potential to provide 2550 new jobs.
